Well now, let's see. Not including the assemblers or the shells and in no particular order: FORTRAN II, FORTRAN IV, FORTRAN 66, FORTAN 77, FORTRAN 90, LISP 1.5, LISP 2, Scheme, ALGOL 60, ALGOL 68, APL, APL2, PL/I, Forth, BCPL, CPL, C, C++, AWK, Smalltalk-80, Smalltalk-V, Prolog, Perl, Python, Haskell, Java, and C#. I may be forgetting a handfull, but I doubt I used them for long. I wonder how many of those I can still use without consulting a reference.

No, no PHP. I've never found the need to use it, much like the BASIC family.

I for one have have several references for most languages that I use and I consult them, as well as GOOGLE, ... frequently.
