Don't get snippy, shadyj. You are the one who contravened site policy about not asking people to do homework, and then tried to bluff through with a claim that your question wasn't homework.

Hooke and Jeeves is one of the oldest and simplest of the direct search methods. If you can't dig out enough information to be able to roll your own basic implementation, you will have a major uphill battle doing anything useful with genetic algorithms (unless, of course, you plan to get other people to do that homework for you as well).

If you're too lazy or too stupid to figure out how to write it yourself, then you have no choice but to use the free crap out there and deal with the problems that come with it. Quality code takes a great deal of skill. Even with a great deal of skill, quality code takes a great deal of effort. We're not here to provide you with code for your homework, or professional work, or hobby work, or any work that benefits you but means absolutely nothing to us.

I'm sure one or more of us will be happy to charge you an exorbitant consultancy fee and treat you as a client, in which case you can get your code written and be confident that it's well written. Otherwise, you'd best go away and never come back except with a different account because "shadyi" will forever be remembered as a lazy cheater who only wants handouts.
