You can get an assembler for windows from here.
If it's for Linux I suggest searching google for NASM.

Yep/ NASM is a pretty good compiler. I haven't done anythins past trivial programs, but I still like it.

well that's not exactly what i want, i want to write ASM for windows not linux
i have linux SUSE and NASM but i don't want to use them

There's NASM for Windows as well.
