Perhaps you should be more clear in your posts. I definitely got the impression you were going to use a template and weren't happy about it.

Oh my God, get somebody who actually has any clue what they're doing to create your site. That is uglier than my mom.

"flame on" has only one meaning to me, and it's not an ambiguous one.

Being more constructive, here's a list of what should be changed.
By the way, I suck at web design, no doubt about it, so take my suggestions with a 4-ton block of salt. 1) Absolutely no use of 1337. 2) Smaller margins. To paraphrase Maddox, there's a reason why books aren't printed on receipt paper. 3) I don't like the font. I can't explain why, as I'm not a typographer, but I just don't like it. 4) The background looks like something that some know-nothing would put on a personal webpage. If you want people to take you seriously, don't use the "repeating bitmap" motif. 5) Links to external sites are silly. Make you seem like more of a banner ad hellpit than a serious site. Keep the site on-topic. 6) Having a navigation bar at the top and a different one on the left is weird enough, and it becomes downright insane if each one has a different set of links.

Off-topic: Upon looking at the site, I noticed this link: Teh REAL Google and I was utterly shocked and appalled to see that Google has lowered itself to having a search engine in 1337. This is shocking and offensive, and something needs to be done. I call for a class-action lawsuit against Google Inc. for that offensive version of Google.
