I think this is a brillant book for beginner programmers to learn Visual Basic 2005.
It covers from a simple Hello World program to dealing with databases..
It also has 2 CD's included with it
CD 1 is the Visual Basic 2005 program its self and CD 2 contains video tutorials for Begineers and Advanced programmers..

Overall, i'd give this book 8/10.

Please read the forum rules regarding drudging up old threads. This was well over a year old and you really have added nothing to it to warrant a post.
