Aazero - Samwise Division looking for Lead Programmer

We want to let You know, that in cooperation with Aazero Interactive (www.aazero.com) we (Samwise Interactive) started a new project, code-named 'Post-Planes'. It will be an arcade game in a post apocaliptical world. However we`re looking for a Lead Programmer.

If you`re interested, take a look at this list,
What you should know:

+ Experience with 3d engines, it would be nice if you have your own
+ Experience with Torque Game Engine
+ C++ Literacy
+ Free Time
+ Willing to learn new things
+ nice if you know OpenGl/DirectX
+ Some experience in game projects
+ Teamwork ability
+ Know how to efficiently manage time and people
+ Creativity

What do we offer?
Mainly working in a dynamic expanding team, which gives an oppurtunity to gain lots of new experience. For now, we are just an amateur game development team, but we have a chance to enter the commercial market.
Letters of apply with some expamples of your skills send to: samur@scrub.only.pl .

I'm not interested as I don't have free time, and don't have experience with a 3d engine, that includes the torque engine.
I'm interested though, if you are paying, or does amateur game development mean no pay?

I`m sorry to say... But yes, it does. For now it`s non-profit work.

Yup, no pay. Expected. Apparently the apocalypse also destroyed their speel-chicker -- ain' that apocaliptical!. I thought for a second there he held no political views!

Well I don`t understand 1/2 of your post, but well...

As I said for now it`s non-profit work, but it can change in close future, so if You have some free time. like computer games and You would like to make one, which then have chances on commercial market. Join us!

Now the only things we can offer are:
team of great people, who know their work,
the experience.

The description for this forum says it all.

This forum is for members to post job offers for programmers. If the job is paid, post what you are willing to pay. If you are looking for volunteers, specify that. But good luck finding someone for free.

Maybe if I had say, a Guarantee, in writing, that I'd get 20% of any profits made off said game, I'd sign up.

20% of nothing for all that work?

Why is it that everyone is trying to make a game? Whatever happened to the programmers that wrote programs which were useful?
