need help

Hey guys I just found this

and i know there is a noob protection on it cuz when it finds a target it gives the hash as stars. and i need some help noe I have some idea but not sure. Is this part of the protection

Is it just me, and Monday, or is your question totally unclear? What are you attempting and how are you failing to accomplish that?
