COBOL Compiler?
 
Cobol Compiler

anyone know where i can get one? i need to practice some stuff...
and one that is easy to use, can run in windows xp.
preferebly with a gui...

EVEN a trial version will do. evaluation, trial.. anything.. i cant find anything on the web...

im not asking much, am i?

COBOL on windows, why? there are much better languages to use with windows.

Nah, I won't I agree Cobol should die but If it came down to it and I could get a good paying job writing it I would probably take it. But only as a last resort ;)

Unfortunately, there are a lot of legacy Cobol applications that require maintenance. We'd all like it to die, if we have to mess with it, but if it's OUR application, and replacing it costs big bucks, we'll definitely be looking to hire Big K and GoO. ;)
