manipulating pixels of images and saving them on a file
 

Can you please suggest a control which i could use so that I can load images and store it onto that control. Plus i need to alter some pixels of that image and later i should save it onto a file...
Only the picture control is the control i know in which you can alter/change a pixel. It also has the save function but as i had learned, picture control can't be stretched(so that the image will fit its size) unlike the image control.. I need this stretching of images.. And in addition my problem with picture control is that you can only manipulate the pixel when they are shown/displayed in the form.. which is not the thing my program should do..
