Simple program with IE window
 

Hi, i have a problem. I am building a big automatisation system with PHP. but i need something done with a programming language (witch can build .exe files).

What i need:
I need an program witch has a window with in it a internet explorer window. (about 500x500 pixels).
Above the window there should be a counting down number (example: 0:35:22 (hours:minutes:seconds).
It should count down to every hour, and on the 59th minute of that hour it should be at 0 and then refresh the internet page.

Basicly some kind of auto refresh. but due to some issues and overhead. it can't be done with php, so a program would be the very best option.

What do you mean by a program which has a window with in it a internet explorer window? I don't think this is possible/easy to archieve.

I mean, a window. where you can see a internet window (i thought that normally that would be a "internet explorer" window. or at least based on internet explorer.).
and that refreshes every 60 min on the 59 minute of the hour.

And NO , Javascript/refresh e.d. is not an option ;)
