Jal Program?
 

Well now i own a nextel forum im currently trying to make a jal program. A Java Application Loader that will allow you to add ringtones games and wallpapers to your phone. Well im trying to make it work with iDEN phones like nextels i need your guys to tell me wat kind of software i might need im barely new to all this.
