visual basic is not a scripting language but vbscript is.

so if someone asks me i say
"I know visual basic"
or do i say
"I know vbscript"

You would say "I know visual basic", assuming the question was "What programming language do you know?". ;)

What I dont understand, Is how you can write something and not know what it is. LOL? How is that Possible? I mena you had to read some tutorials, get the Visual Basic Software, and after all that. You still dont, know what Visual Basic is. It's ok, We all have to learn somewhere.

Maybe he just found an installation of VB 6.0 and compiled one of the examples like the calculator... :)

well i just "found" VB6.0 from isohunt because someone told me to read a step by step tutorial on how to make easy programs using VB, its pretty easy i just followed the tutorial and tried on my own but there wasnt any info on what i was actually writing, programming language or whatever.

yeah i did write something without knowing what its called lol :p now i have a name for it.. "I know Visual Basic"

lol i made this noob thing at first.
