Script Question
 

Hello there.

I have been trying for quite some time now to create a script that will read from a text file with a lot of words in it that will allow me to post it on an html (xml, asp, php) document according to character length of the words. I have tried JavaScript and got far... until I found out that JS can not read from txt files.

Can someone help me program this? I believe it can be done in ASP or SQL but am not very familar with them.

Unless you already know ASP.NET, i suggest that you go with PHP because it has a shorter learning curve and it makes it easy to manipulate text files.
