I know vb, mirc script, action script, high level assembly.

What threat do you intend to counter?

coldDeath Sep 20th, 2005 10:59 AM

Hey it's only his 2nd thread, be kind :)

ivan Sep 20th, 2005 11:02 AM

Well i intend to counter a beginner or newbie programmer who wants to team-up with someone because of learning to program better...

Even if it's my only 2nd post you were at the same level... :D

coldDeath Sep 20th, 2005 11:31 AM

I take it that English isn't your first language.
Stevengs was making a point that you spelt "thread" like "threat".
So i told him not to as it is your 2nd post :)

stevengs Sep 20th, 2005 11:35 AM

No, I honestly had no idea what he was talking about. I wasn't trying to be a wise ass. I have figured it out since, I think. ;)

EDIT: No problem. Welcome to the forum. Is that you, working on the computer with the blue pants on? ;)

Oh i see.
Well i am studying English for only one year so i will make very much mistakes i know that...

uman Sep 20th, 2005 5:54 PM

You speak English well for having only studied it for one year.

Anyway, I'm not trying to be mean, but just to help you learn better here is how that sentence should have read:

"Well I have been studying English for only one year so I will make many mistakes; I know that."

ivan Sep 20th, 2005 11:59 PM

Thank you uman I will remember that but we are all here to learn aren't we? :)

Yes, of course. But what threat is this that you're intending to counter? You must go more in-depth if you expect to garner help.
