Programming Forums - Job For Freelancer

Hey everyone. I am just starting my business and am in need of a databse/asp/php person. I run the business and am more of a web designer. I don't really know a whole lot about the back end stuff. I am currently looking for someone who can take care of things like online stores, databases, forms etc...

The first job is an online store that needs to work with an access database. The customer only has five products, and the actual layout of the store is basically done. The "add to cart" buttons, "view cart", and "checkout" buttons are already in place. I just need someone to make it all work. We will be using PayPal for processing payments, and the whole thing must work with an access database that is used to figure out shipping costs. The database will:

1. Select rate codes based on customer postal code
2. Calculate Actual and Cubic weights for each item in requested
3. Check dimensions and weights with shipping company maximums - omit companies that are exceeded
4. Return rate and delivery speed for each item

then we will give the customer a total, with applicable taxes, and we're all set!
