Challenge: How to make daily life better with programming?
Programming affects every aspect of our day to day lives, from the internet, to our cellphones, to check out counters, and even our clothes were probably designed by people using at the very least some type of computer. Since we know that computers, electronics, and most importantly programming has been implemented into our day to day lives the question must be asked:
Is there anything that can be written to further our use of programs in our day to day lives?
This is my challenge, one week... and one submition from all participants. The program i want you to write is any program that can make our daily lives easier, this is supposed to be a very open ended challenge so please don't ask me what kind of program i'm asking you to write. It can be any type of program.
Programs will be judged by me personally, and one other person selected by the participants from the community.
The deadline for this competition is Monday, June 13th at 12:00 AM that morning. Happy coding :-)
( For further clarification there is no restriction on the language, or platform. Only that the code that you use has to be completely yours, or part of a standard compiler. You must submit a working copy, and it's source code. I can execute any type of web program made, and i can execute any program made for Linux under KDE or Windows. Enjoy. )
