ASP.NET Server

Are there any other servers than XSP (which some with MONO) and IIS (Microsoft) that are open source and host ASP.NET? I did a search, but didn't find much, I'm just curious if anyone knows something I don't. Hmm, I wonder if I can find any modules for Apache.
