Vb and Access

I'm trying to create an application with Vb6 and it needs a DB, i thinking of using access but I'm not familiar with linking vb with access. the application is meant to store inputs from the form to the DB and print on request. quite simple but i really don't know how to link my form to the DB. please HELP:(. Thanks.:)

A database can be just a simple file -- how complicated is the data in the form?

Not all that complex, it is meant for bid registration for a year, it should have about 8 columns max, 500 rows max.

I tried to do the same thing with Visual C#, but find it quite difficult, so I just used textboxes instead.

You can try this link...It may provide some help.:?:

Actually linking to an Access database with Visual Basic 6 is fairly easy. I could explain it to you here but I know there are many things to cover so to avoid typing too much, I suggest you check out this tutorial:
