DaniWeb Has Been Hacked
 
When I go to DaniWeb all I get is big skull & crossbones, then some g00ns.net. I hope Ms Dani gets this fixed quickly.

Yep, been trying to alert her and blud on IRC just now but no response so far. It looks like a nameserver attack because daniweb.com actually points to a different IP address. IRC still works though, and as you can see, so does PFO.

No ... they actually got root and replaced the files on the server. Tis fixed now.

Why would hackers want to hack into Daniweb?

I mean, it's a discussion forum, why hack into a site that does no harm to anyone?

The same hackers targeted cprogramming forums the day before.
