Add Ads to pages
A couple of years back, I provided free webhosting, and it proved quite succesfull for a while until a problem with my host, which lead to my hosting account being deleted.
I created the script myself in PHP, it provided a browser interface for uploading and managing their site, and it interacted with Cpanel to automatically add a subdomain for each user. It was ad-free. Now my plan is to recreate this script and possibly have paid and free webhosting. What I want to know, is how to display an ad, either as a header or footer on each page, without editing their documents. Does anybody know a method I could use? |
Re: Add Ads to pages
May i ask why you don't want to do it via editing the users files?

Re: Add Ads to pages
Hrmm...as they upload the file, add the ad code, as they use the online editor, remove it and replace it when they save, when they download a file using the file manager, remove the code before sending the file...I guess I could do all that without much effort...
I just remember somone doin something similar using the apache server, and am trying to find out how. (why I posted this under php, I don't know) |
Re: Add Ads to pages
