Hey, my name is Kevin and I am 16 and hopefully this site will help me out with the huge list of questions I have about programming :P.

Anyway, I have been programming ever since I actually learned about how a BDE (Not sure if they are always called that, but a program like VB or Delphi) which was... 1-2 years ago? Anyway, I love programming and find it to be one of the most amazingly fun things in the word, amazingly... Which probably means I haven't really gotten that far into programming eh? :P.

As far as stuff I've done... The most extensive stuff I have actually done would have to be ini file access, GUI sizing and stuff (As in making sure the entire page is nice and lined up according to values of other items in the GUI)... Most of the things i have done have been (I think) pretty simple and I am definitely ready to kick it up a knotch :P.

Languages and programs i have used? Delphi is my main one, but I am starting to learn that it is pretty rare to actually be used in a job sort of way (At least that is what all my colleges around me are acting like :P) and I am starting Visual Basic.Net (2008, awesome that it is free and I don't have to google it to death XD)
I've also messed around with HTML, CSS and PHP (I know html kinda well, but it honestly isn't too complicated, most complex stuff would have to be image mapping which is simply AMAZING as hell to me). CSS has been just changing fonts, sizes, div spaces and PHP has just been a index grabber... As in index.php?id=Test and it would grab test and have cases for it... Most extensive i've done xD.

Why do i program? I love it... I don't know why, but I simply do... I often find myself screaming at the screen and wanting to slit my wrists from confusion but in the end I am often proud of my work and very often glad I did it xD.

What i am working on atm the most? A grocery shop simulator (Got the idea from a friend) and I am simply so confused and hopefully I'll find answers on this forum xD.
