research help

I need a programmer with knowledge of assembly to help make a program to fix encryptions on CON files to run homebrew. I have the ability to make homebrew but not to resign the encryption. any help please.

My main goal is custom gamer pics and themes for the xbox 360. and "CON" files are generic contianer files for the xbox 360.
