Student Programmers wanted for Live@Edu Project
To raise awareness about Microsoft’s Live@edu and Windows Live Spaces, Microsoft is holding a contest among student software developers to see who can design the best application for Windows Live Spaces. First Prize is $10,000
To enter, participants must design and submit an application that can be used on Microsoft’s Live Spaces—Microsoft’s blogging and social networking platform. Prefered Schools: (can be a college student to submit) • University of Virginia • University of Cincinnati • University of Wisconsin (Madison) • University of Missouri • Drexel • UPenn • San Jose State • Ball State University • University of Illinois (Urbana Champaign) • University of Idaho |
Re: Student Programmers wanted for Live@Edu Project
Posting preferred schools suggests that students from those Universities will get the most attention/leniency/praise. A fair contest wouldn't even suggest something like that.

Re: Student Programmers wanted for Live@Edu Project
I was wondering if this is a hox, but its really the true thing. In that case I think I'll try my hand at it -- Microsoft said nothing about age and I've been a student of programming for the last 25 years :)
