The iframe effect
 

Does anyone know if it is possible to have the effect of an iframe without actually using them?

I'd like to show my content in a box hat has a scroll bar, instead of vertically expanding the page.

The scrollbars still work weird, but that is because of the way row highlighting works, but it should work fine without it.

for those interested vertical scroll depends on overflow:scroll; and a height to be set.
