A vista program error -

Sup dudes,

Recently I tried to make an application for Vista that's basically a screensaver, in WinXP it works perfectly but in vista the circles have black rectangles behind them(not all the circles though), I attached the code and the resulting program. Please test them in Vista and XP and tell me what went wrong. Also please give me some reviews(also just to show off a little I'm 14 but still have a long way to go :p) :).

Interesting pattern. Here is what I got on Vista Home Premium. And I do get the squares you mentioned. Don't know enough about it to tell you why.
