Firebug open Source download?

Hey everybody I am making a web performance tool that can analyze a websites HTML code and CSS code and was wondering if it is possible to get the source code for firebug? I understand that it is an open source application and would like to incorporate some of its features into my program. If someone could please tell me where I could download this code or how to get it I would appreciate it.
