hello guys, needing some help here
 

hi guys! im a newbie from the philippines.. i know html and some visual basic. i need suggestions on what program to use and how, i'd like to code a program which can automatically submit a line of text from a text file to a web form for every hour.. its a raffle of a site here in philippines and i need to send a link to them as raffle entries.. any help? :?:

So you want a program to read a text file, and then post it to a website? What kind of website? (php, asp, asp.net...)

what i would like to do is to fill up a single textbox with different values every hour.. yes the site is on php. Should i use php and sql database for this? i can set up php and sql on my site, would it be a problem if the form that i would like to fill is on another site/domain? sorry for the bad english and thanks for the reply!
