Happy Turkey Day

Hope everyone has a safe and fun holiday. Anything of interest happens and you want to share, please post here, I'm a fan of those kinds of stories.

Best Wishes.

I'm making candied yams while nursing a hangover from last night's dart tournament with the women. Does that count?

Didn't know you were in The City, cscgal. I'm in the smallest city in the state (as distinct from villages, hamlets, etc.).

My entire family lives in or around New York City. I was born in Queens (one of the 5 boroughs of NYC, Manhattan being another borough) and raised on Long Island, about 15 minutes outside of NYC.

For Thanksgiving, we came in from Long Island along with my Uncle (about a 10 minute drive), my other Aunt/Uncle/Cousins came in from Manhattan, and we all met up with my grandparents in Queens.
