VB6 Nov 15th, 2007 5:34 PM

Hello everyone.

Hello everyone.

I am in my second year studying for a Bsc in software engineering.
I have touched on Java in my first year but my second year project
has to be in VB6.
I also have a VB6 application to complete in the first semester.
Hope if I get stuck some of you guys may be able to help me out.
I will not ask for solutions to my project just help and advice on any specific problems I come across.

Hope this is ok

Re: Hello everyone.

Welcome to the forums! We have a lot of college students here. I'm currently on my first semester at a local community college. No computer related classes yet, just getting the basics out of the way first. We'd be happy to help with any specific problems you come across. The thing that usually gets users mad is when we get high school students that type up their entire assignment sheet in a thread and say "do this plz! kthxbye!".

Also watch out for DaWei. He is old and grumpy and walked five miles to and from school in three feet of snow, uphill both ways, just so that he could compile his punch cards... and that's the way he liked it! Dang lazy kids with their "high level languages".

Welcome to the community.

@Darkhack: You'll find out how old and grumpy if you continue to toss out trolling flamebait with malicious intent.
