VB 2002 -> VB 2008 conversion
I heard that you have to convert from vb2002 to vb2003 and then to vb2008, isn't there a better way to do this... so how would you convert old VB 2002 code to VB 2008 code?

I'd be really surprised if you need an intermediary version as you suggest. As I haven't used VS 2008, I can't say for sure, though I suspect that if there are any such issues, it's probably a beta-only thing. It should be resolved by the time the retail version is released.
Even if it's not, you might be able to use a different intermediary version. 2005 is available in various express editions, and it would probably be possible to use that instead. |
