Visual C# 2005 Express Edition How to deploy

Is there any way to create an setup file for my program, and have this setup file install files to a specific directory, i tried using the publish tool that came with VC 2005 Express Edition, but that does not give the user the option where to install the program, when the setup is run it just places it in the startup path, i also wanted to an mdb file to be installed at the same time, but i can't seem to find a way to do it with this.

I only here good things about Inno. http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php

I personally use Inno Setup, it is really easy to use and does its job well. I have also tried NSIS(Nullsoft Scriptable Install System) but I didn't like it as much. I really don't know why, but I think it was because it was a little harder to use and I was in a hurry when I was looking to create an installer. So Inno was what I went with.

I have this vague recollection of someone telling me that deployment features are not a part of the Express editions... but I could be wrong.

Don't you work for the Evil Empire, Jimbo? Surely you should know with certainty if it's missing from Express!

I just downloaded this utility, seems to work very well. Thanks for the info.

Sounds like the people that, when they hear I'm from Dallas, say, "Oh, then you must know my nephew, Joe Blow!".

Yeah, except they probably weren't being facetious. :)

No, they weren't being facetious. They're perfectly serious. As are 99+ percent of the readers who think Jimbo must be a personal confidant of El Gato, simply because he was hired to do a job.
