New guy in the house

Hey folks, I'm new to the forums and just wanted to say hey to you all. If you need anything don't hesitate to contact me. Anyways...I have done a little programming but I am pretty much new to it. I have worked with HTML, a little C , and I am now actively learning C++. I however, have taken upon myself to learn all of these languages, at least the most modern ones which you have on the site right now. So I look forward to communicating with you all as I go on my adventure.

First welcome to the forums. Second I want to warn you about trying to learn a gazillion languages at once. Most newbies "try" to learn a bunch of languages all at once and they don't get anything out of it. Try to spend some time with the language you choose and try to become a guru of it. This can sometimes(most of the time) take a long time, but it is worth the effort.

Good luck

Thanks for the advice. That was kinda my idea pretty much...figured I'd learn all of these and see which one...or few I like.

Yeah, I totally agree with Wizard1988. Don't try to learn 10000 languages at once. Stick with C++, better yet, C. C is definitely one of my favorite languages.
