Actually I have a question for those from the US. Here in England for my mum to insure sat a Ford Fiesta would cost around £100. However, for me (a 19 year old boy) to insure it cost nearly £1200.

I heard the insurance system works in America on a flat rate for everyone. Is this true?

Oh and I drive a 96 Fiesta Sport :(

No it's not true. A 19 year old male pays out the rear for insurance here as well.

Apparently they think teenagers speed... i have no idea what gave them this idea.

I just won 20bucks from a 4 cylinder 94 Volkswagen golf. He keeps thinking that he will win, so we race over and over again... this is getting amusing.
