Lenovo: what does this mean?

So i ordered a laptop from Lenovo: thinkpad T60, right? and that's what i get on the UPS tracking:

THE SHIPMENT IS BEING HELD BY BROKERAGE FOR REASONS BEYOND UPS' CONTROL / BROKERAGE RELEASED SHIPMENT. SHIPMENT IS SUBMITTED TO CLEARING AGENCY FOR FURTHER CLEARANCE

it seems to be stuck in Louisville, KY but what is this "Brokerage" deal?

They did the same thing with mine, but I still received it on time.

The T61s a good notebook - nice one!

Basically, the shipment was held by a customs office whilst they determined if there was anything wrong with it, and if it would insight importation fees / duties / taxes etc..

its common, especially with something like a common model of laptop, customs get fishy about anything that can be easily obtained in your local city being shipped to you from another country.

Oh right - that's interesting!

So are you really shipping in your T61 or are you planning to be the UKs next biggest drug dealer...? :D LOL.

Seeing as how he's in Indiana, I doubt he's trying to be a UK drug dealer....
