Making a toolbar for IE7

I have absolutely no idea where to start but I really want to do it in VB.

Any helpful suggestions would be really appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Since you're open to suggestions, why not make it for Firefox instead? Unless, of course, you're planning on charging for it, in which case IE users certainly make for a larger market.

No. It's just my friend just uses IE7 and he bets I can't make him a toolbar. Anything would be appreciated but he's got to be able to use it. Possibly a printing toolbar or something?
