Sourceforge has nothing to do with degrees.

Also, you don't program in HTML, it's a markup language. CSS just allows you to style HTML. As for projects, become a web-designer, there's plenty of work you could do off your own back.

Also, does sourceforge even have anything to do with web-development like that? It's a bit basic isn't it?

There is room for HTML in sourceforge projects, albeit it isn't a very high demand for it, especially if the project used HTML to display results, reports and such. However, I would think the "need" for HTML would be oriented towards web design of off shoot sites from the project's sourceforge page.

i can see projects like drupal or joomla wanting skins to be made.. there would have to be a few projects the same..
