I need a pain in the ass

Or more specifically, I need a program that locks my PC down and makes it a insane pain in the ass to log in. I get distracted while doing homework and I need to keep myself away from this thing lol.

I have the same problem. Try shutting it down. :)

Get married and have a baby... that will surely reduce the time spent behind the machine. :)

I could have a baby, but I would have to move to Colorado to get married. Password id no good because if I don't remember it then I'll just forget it and be screwed. Shutting it down is no good either because my PC starts in like 10 seconds.

Are there programs that just lock your pc down when u log off or use WINDOWS+L? Maybe I could just install 50x of them so it takes forever to log in.

You could modify it like a toaster -- pops the CPU when you shut down, takes a while to reassemble.

erm...

Great idea, hows about a lock that you cannot get past for XX minutes?

set it to run on login, for all accounts, then when you login, you will have to wait like 20 minutes to get to anything anyways :D
Oh, and on top of that, have it shut the machine down after 1 hour.. then you have to log back in and wait, all over again ...

or, give the power cable to someone.. tell them your not allowed to have it back for an hour.

Well if you are worried about forgetting the password, then print it out!
