WANTED: Java Guru to help with applets
I've jumped the first hurdle, and that is finding an IDE I can work with. I'm using TextPad, its so simple to use, sure it lacks some more advanced features, but since I dont know how to use any of those advanced features, its okay.
Anyways, I want to make a game, or a simulation, something graphical(An applet). I got some sample code from a book my computer teacher has. Its a basic asteroid game. For the most part I understand whats going on, though their are a few crucial things i dont fully get. So. I was wondering if someone wanted to make a little prog with me. Like I have a few ideas of what I want to do, but I really dont care, I just need to get my hands dirty in this graphical stuff, and I should be good to go. So if someone could add me to thier MSN Messenger, and even if you dont want to help me on a project, maybe just to give me some advice, or explain a couple concepts. I'd REALLY appreiciate it! My addy is: glopal@gmail.com |
Check it out:
