How would I compile This

im new to programming just learning friend sent me some source codes any idea how I would come across compiling these into a .DLL?
Im using Microsoft eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0

I would recommend you back off to about "Hello, World", and hit some tutorials. You wouldn't try to install main bearings on your crankshaft, if you were a newbie and someone sent you a couple.
