Which IDE should I use?

I want to make programs for my new phone, but I can't figure out which IDE I should use. None of them seem to be made spesifically for mobile apps. Since I no longer have a symbian, I'll have to program in Java. Does anyone have an IDE to suggest?

Yeah, there's like an extension for netbeans that's for mobile programming. You can find it somewhere at java.sun.com. I never used it, but I did look into it a little.
