Download / Extract & Launch
 

Hi again i want to make a program that with a click of a button can download a file from the internet and extract it to a specific location, Then Launch other apllication and close the current one.

This is for my friend i told him i will do it but i only know how to launch other application and i dont know how to download and extract to a specific location.

that didnt help at all i have gone thourgh that website and i dont understand any word they are sayin.
