Need general approach to programming problem
 

What I'm looking for is a way to sync a video upload and download at the same time (live broadcast) in an embedded format such as flash. Anybody help?

Please? It doesn't not have to be in flash, I can work that out later. How do I do htis?

it would be foolish to have completly sync'ed download while watching. you need at least a small cache so the video doesn't get choppy if the user gets a IM or is listening to online music. The user's entire bandwidth will never be deticated to just your video, so there is a good chance it wouldn't work as you want with out a cache.

I know that it would cache the video. I was really going towards how to be able to stream audio from the field.
