I think it will be Brazil. I hope it will be the Netherlands, but we have a very young team, so not a lot of experience.

Is anyone stateside watching this? Do they even know? :p

I was kidding about Côte d'Ivoire of course. In the United States, we have a mild interest in what happens, especially in how the U.S. team does, and some people watch some matches on TV, but no significant number of people is zealously following it.

What do you think was best game in the 2006 world cup up to date?

I'd have to say the first match, (germany vs. Costa Rica).. All I can say is watch out for Frings!!

Booooze Jun 14th, 2006 12:25 AM

Personally I haven't been watching it. I know some people who do, but it's obviously no where near important as hyped as Europe. I'v ebeen following the hockey, but now tat edmonton is down 3-1, I doubt they can come back.
