Yeah, 10 degreee an't going to do nothing. it get's down to about -45 to -50 C on a bad day here in the winter. That means that your exposed skin freezes in about 1-2 mins. Most of the time though it ranges from -25 to -30 C during the middle of the winter. I have no idea on what those temps are in F.

then again i live in Manitoba, There are hundreds of places in Canada that are warmer. Like BC, or Ontario.
