Did it occur to you to look at a list of forums? "Job Offers" seems like a fairly straightforward term, but maybe that's just me. Now, exactly where in your post is the FEEDBACK or SUGGESTION regarding the forum? Your idea of a great reward and my idea of a great reward are two different things, too.
