I was going to say the same thing.
Example: You know all the theory involved in building a house. You may have designed a 4 story mansion with a large garden, swimming pool, etc.
Regardless of how much you think you know about how you want to build the house, when it comes to actually building it, you're lost. And nobody with knowledge is going to work for somebody for free (especially somebody who has no clue on what to do).
Now, this is not to discourage you, but you're aiming too high
at present. That is to say that one day, if you obtain the right experience through education and practice, it might be a realistic goal.
