Well if you'll notice I'm asking currently for VOLUNTEER work if you've actually been reading this thread. I do intend to pay the people for their effort, or it may just be that everyone gets a portion depending on what we do. I am also just asking for programmers to be standing by, they can join and just not do anything yet, or maybe if we suddenly have a spirt of growth it could spring. I'm saying we aren't sure about the payments yet, and are working on getting this put together right now.
