In fact thats a good idea, we will do an MMORPG first to bring in the cash for rescources and then we'll work on the game. So also, do any of you know how to code in networking for a game?

Yes though, I am sorry that for right now we have nothing to pay you with until we get our MMORPG out, also we may have a change in color and the name because Aye Aye Productions? I am thinking it over, and it does sound kinda like crap, so I will keep you posted on that.
When you say we WILL get paid, that can mean many different things. One, it can mean you'll tip us maybe a hundred dollars and let us be, or two it could mean that you would properly pay us the many, many thousand dollars such time is worth. Both cases are under the assumption that your game sells. This brings up new questions. What will your marketing scheme be? Will you be doing this yourself, or will you be asking for experienced volunteers for this as well? Such basis for payment is not much of an incentive to programmers, as there is no guarantee that the public will like or buy your product, if it is ever produced.

Each 'online game or two' that you mention is a formidable project in itself. Creating a decent MMORPG seems to be a bit counterproductive if your goal is to use this project as a fundraiser. Making such a game would probably cost millions of dollars under normal circumstances (I'm pulling this number out of the air, but that would be my guess). You're asking for programmers to give up their time to do this for you as a fundraiser?

Furthermore, if you're planning on making this a 100-125 person project without any guaranteed incentives, how exactly do you plan to keep everybody on task and coordinated? And out of curiosity, how many people do you have on this project right now who have the proper experience to undertake a project of this magnitude?

I am sorry if this seems a bit harsh, but the planning stages of your project seem a bit inadequate at this point. If you are wanting people to work for you for free, it would probably be a good idea for you to start answering these, plus many more questions. Even then, it is probably going to be an extremely difficult task to find such a large number of people to work for you for free, as you will find that most people need at the very least some sort of guaranteed incentive to work.
