Come back after you are an experienced coder yourself, maybe after taking some college or university. Right now you should be learning how to code, not trying to organize some huge game that isn’t possible at this stage in your life. Like you talking about making a MMORPG, do you even know network programming in C++ yet? I highly doubt it, at least at the level you need to be to start organizing a huge game. You need to learn all these skills b4 you even have a clue on how to organize a project of this magnitude. But your enthusiasm is great, and if you keep that in the next couple years as you go through school and learn the skills needed, you will succeed. You just need to take it a step at a time.

Thanks for the advice but even if you do think I need all that I'm trying to at least organize my group so I'm ready. I may not get C++ at all, but that is why I came here to ask for your guys' help. No I don't know how to do any of that programming stuff, I'm working on Macromedia Fireworks, and I can do some abstract stuff and also make it work for a logo in the graphix area. Other than all the college stuff what would I need to know about programming you think to do this. The MMORPG idea is good and I'm taking this one step at a time, getting my ideas with me and my co-president together, coming up with new colors and a name, and getting the support of employees.
