User Init Scripts

simplename Newbie Join Date: Oct 2004 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	I want to run two applications that I made automatically, after restart of a PC. Do user made scripts have to be done the same way and put in the same directory as init scripts in /etc/init.d/rc5.d? (These application of mine will open a serial port and exchange data through it.)
